I finally got around to listening to this mix. It's not bad, but no more compelling than Adam Freeland's 2003 <a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/essentialmix/tracklistingarchiveshtml.shtml?20030511" rel="nofollow">essential mix</a>.

I was an fan of the first mix although it featured almost none of "my" kind of music.
But actually I like this here even more. It has a better flow than the first one. And you can't go wrong with 1979...

weird mix! honestly, this mix will maybe never be one of my favourite ones but I'm madly fascinated by your guts.
something completely different than I ever listened to in a dance-mix. I could imagine to get crazy on it when I'm drunk and bust.

this is pretty sick. i semi-slept on the first mix, but the list of artists on this one pricked up my ears, and i'm digging it a lot.

aside from minor issues with minor digital artifacts from Ableton's quantization (which few outside the realm of those who play with it a lot would even pay attention to anyway), i'm quite impressed.

this is pretty danceable without making editing originals to make it obvious (or pandering...it's almost getting too easy to hear a b-more club behind any pre-existing piece of music).

big ups, scott.
