I was there once and a guy walked in with a list of records he was supposed to buy for someone, he sounded italian and didn't speak very good english. The phonica worker looked at the list and said "nah, I don't know any of these artists, what music is this?", nervous italian guy doing his friend a favour replied "I think it'sa trance", to which he got the response "oh, we don't sell trance, but we do stock music".
