I'd have to agree with most of the tracks on your decade end poll, there's probably only a hiandfull of others I would have included tbh...maybe:

Robert Hood - Who taught you math
Reggie Dokes - Love Circuits
Carl Craig - Twilight
Tony Allen - Ole (Moritz' mix)
Omar S - Day (and Night for that matter)

Hey have you got that Ron Trent album on wax?? Or do you know if there's any plans for a vinyl release?

Much props on Donuts man, I couldn't agree more!

i think that one was bigger with everyone BUT me. it's a good track, and i certainly can think of some fun times with it, but to me that isn't even close to being in his best 10 tracks. i remember the day i got "just ask the lonely" on CD (that's how it first dropped back in '05!) and i was listening to it for the first time at my man jwan's house. after the title track played out its full 10 minute length, we played it again. and again. and again. THAT is what one of the best tracks of the decade should do when you first hear it!

Hey Tom,
Nice write-up. This made me go back to my collection and rediscover alot of the old classics. Definitely, agree that on looking back there was a lot of beautiful music. It's funny how in the mid '00s I thought there was a lot of dross out there. When you look across the decade though it just not the case. Thanks for giving a great reminder.

Really agree on the comments on Tevo Howard, he's just come out of nowhere. I noticed that on Amazon it says he has a new album coming out in March - Crystal Republic - samples sound dope.
Re: 45:33 - really love the Theo mix but these days i'm really checking the Trus'me version.
Lots of comments on Pepe Bradock. I find myself listening to the remix of Golden Complexion by Manuel Tur - not really for the dance floor but still dope!
