New Year’s Eve Streaming Party

I teamed up with ISM contributor Vincent to put together a NYE streaming party to help see 2020 head off into the rear-view mirror. We hollered at some of our favorite DJs, including some whose music was a big part of this year for ISM, and thankfully we were able to convince them to spend the evening with us.

From Chicago we have the legendary Celeste Alexander who has been doing this longer than some of our audience has been alive, as well as underground eclectic favorites Noleian Reusse (of Black Tekno and Africans with Mainframes fame) and Merrick Brown (whose Tektite Recordings dropped bombs starting back in the 90s). Aaron Paar of the Teflon Dons (and repeat guest of the Summit parties!) will join in from LA, and last but certainly not least the man Linkwood will be beaming in from Scotland to round out what I can only describe as a totally bananas guest lineup. And then representing the infinitestatemachine crew we have Vincent in San Diego holding it down on his Rhythm Nation SD Twitch channel, and finally Jwan and myself bringing that rust belt funk and grime from Pittsburgh.

You know that the chat room will be a good time with us and our squad hanging out and bullshitting, so participation is highly recommended. Find us on December 31 starting at 4pm Pacific time (7pm Eastern time, midnight Greenwich time, etc) at Rhythm Nation SD Twitch channel. And please tell your friends and share around the flyer, word of mouth is still how we like to operate! See you there….
