New mix of jerky rhythms for your dancing feet…

This new 7″ with Africa 70 rhythms, Parliament funk, and soaring spiritual jazz improvisations has really sucked me in. Check it out. There’s an interview with the Pyramids online here.

Whether in outer space or inner space, Russia’s SH2000 on Volking Music is a deep affair. Mystical bliss, Satcitananda, when the track unfolds itself at 3am, lost in the strobe-light, when the present moment is intensified beyond all recognition… I guess you had to be there.
