Here’s a short Sun Ra mix I did as a promo for this weekend’s Sun Ra Birthday Celebrations with Mike Huckaby (see previous post). It focuses on the late 70s and early 80s period which was probably his grooviest period, should serve as a nice primer for those unfamiliar with his work.
